Rebecca Blake

Massage Practitioner. Therapeutic Massage. Neuromuscular Therapy.

Rebecca brings over 18 years of intensive training and education across a wide range of bodywork modalities and natural therapies, combined with 10 years of professional experience as a holistic health practitioner, Yoga/Pilates teacher and personal trainer.

Her primary passion lies in Massage Therapy, specialising in neuromuscular and therapeutic massage techniques. With a deep understanding of anatomy, fascia, and the nervous system, Rebecca tailors each session to support the body’s natural healing processes, helping clients to restore balance, ease chronic pain, and unlock greater physical freedom.

Rebecca’s journey began as an elite gymnast, proudly representing New Zealand at the Commonwealth Games and World Championships, and earning national titles. Following her competitive career, she expanded into coaching, choreography, and performance arts, graduating with a Diploma of Performance and Screen Arts from Unitec.

Her commitment to holistic health led her to extensive study at Wellpark College of Natural Therapies and the NZ School of Natural Healing, gaining expertise in therapeutic massage, neuromuscular therapy, craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, holistic pulsing, energy balancing, and naturopathic lifestyles.

Rebecca has spent years helping clients feel more connected, free, and comfortable in their bodies, working within physiotherapy clinics, medical centres, corporate offices, and gyms across Auckland. Her approach is deeply intuitive and results-focused, shaped by her own personal journey of healing from spinal injury - an experience that informs her compassionate and empowering work today.

At Authentic Pilates & Physiotherapy, Rebecca offers a highly specialised massage experience, drawing on her wealth of knowledge to support recovery, resilience, and overall wellbeing.
